COLUMBUS, OH—Rockbridge has acquired the Hilton Garden Inn in the SoBro district of Nashville, TN.

The property is located on South Broadway in close proximity to the Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Convention Center and downtown entertainment district.

“Nashville is an exciting and growing city, and we are very pleased to invest in a new, institutional-quality hotel in the center of this vibrant, dynamic market,” said Rockbridge CEO Jim Merkel.

With 214 guestrooms, the hotel features many high-quality leisure amenities guests appreciate today such as a rooftop outdoor pool with terrace, a full-service restaurant, the SoBro Sports Bar and Grill, a wine bar and an on-site parking garage.

Chartwell Hospitality, a local development and management company, will be retained to manage the property. “Chartwell is a strong partner, and we look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship,” said Merkel.
