SPOKANE, WA—RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has signed franchise license agreements on hotels located here and in Sacramento, CA. Both properties are expected to convert by June.

“The RLHC team and brand has proven itself with the conversion of our property, the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Seattle/Renton,” said Pintu Bath, an owner of the Seattle/Renton property and the two just signed in Sacramento and Spokane. “We look forward to these upcoming conversions in Sacramento and Spokane.”

The future Red Lion Inn & Suites – Sacramento Midtown is located just north of I-305 and east I-80. The owners are investing in all new guestroom furnishings, bedding and technology. Guests will enjoy complimentary breakfast, an outdoor pool, WiFi, free parking, a fitness center and a business center.

The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Spokane is situated on the north side of I-90 adjacent to John A. Finch Arboretum. Currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, when it reopens the hotel will offer complimentary breakfast, WiFi, guest laundry, free parking, a fitness center and a business center.

“We look forward to working with Mr. Bath on these next two properties,” said RLHC Chief Franchising Officer Brian Quinn. “It is very gratifying to have our owners converting multiple properties with RLHC.”
