Richmond Homewood Suites Sold for $11M

RICHMOND, VA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has sold the 123-room Homewood Suites Richmond West End for $11 million on behalf of an undisclosed  private equity firm.

The four-story property was acquired by a Virginia-based hotel company.
