OCEAN CITY, MD—After an 18-month search, Real Hospitality Group (RHG) has been selected to manage the Dunes Manor Hotel and Dunes Motel here, which are owned by Genesar.
The 170-room Dunes Manor Hotel and 111-room Dunes Motel completed an extensive capital improvement program earlier this year, which included a $3 million guestroom and hotel renovation for the landmark hotel.
