WINSTON-SALEM, NC—The Residence Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall is scheduled to open today. Located at 3885 Oxford Station Way, the 108-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by BPR Properties of High Point, NC.
Located near Hanes Mall and 28 miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport, the property is accessible to Old Salem Museum & Gardens, Wake Forest University and JDL Fast Track.
Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. In-suite amenities include a large work desk, ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed internet access. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
