MIAMI—A 116-suite Residence Inn by Marriott is scheduled to open next week. Located at 1231 17th St., the all-suite Residence Inn Miami Beach South Beach is owned by Finvarb Group and managed by Marriott International.
Located in the South Beach Art Deco District and 10 miles from Miami International Airport, the hotel is also near Lincoln Road Mall, Sunset Harbour, the Miami Beach Convention Center, American Airlines Arena, the Adrienne Arsht Center and Jungle Island.
Complimentary breakfast will be offered at the hotel.
