AUSTIN, TX–The 132-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Austin, TX, is scheduled to open here July 15. The all-suite Residence Inn Austin Northwest/The Domain Area will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Western International of Dallas.
Located at 11301 Burnet Rd., directly across the street from The Domain, 12 miles from downtown and 18 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Residence Inn Austin Northwest/The Domain Area is accessible to TopGolf Austin and the University of Texas.

The Residence Inn Austin Northwest/The Domain Area offers studio king-suites that include plush mattresses and crisp linens, a large, well-lit work desk, an ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed Internet access, according to the company. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
The Residence Inn Austin Northwest/The Domain Area’s complimentary breakfast has a variety of options, including healthy food choices and to-go items. Other amenities include functional public spaces, a grocery delivery service, complimentary WiFi, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services, onsite guest laundry room, a meeting room and business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and patio with large water feature, as well as an exercise room.
