NEW YORK—The 243-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Lower Manhattan is now open for business.

Located at 170 Broadway, the all-suite Residence Inn New York Manhattan/World Trade Center Area will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Sage Hospitality of Denver, CO. The hotel is located directly on Broadway and Maiden Lane in the heart of New York City’s Financial District.

“We are pleased with the continued growth of Residence Inn hotels in the Manhattan area,” stated Diane Mayer, VP and global brand manager, Residence Inn. “When on the road for an extended period or even a short business trip, our guests need space to spread out, maintain their life’s pace and restore their energy to help them maintain a healthy balance and routine while traveling. This new hotel offers them a seamless blend of modern style and functionality that allows them to settle in and thrive.”
