BURBANK, CA—Residence Inn Burbank Downtown has completion a $2.5-million renovation, which remodeled the hotel’s public and private spaces.
Refreshed with all new vinyl, paint, marble countertops and chandeliers, the lobby features new furnishings, artwork, throw carpets and a tiled front-desk facade.
The hallways, stairwells and elevator landings also received a facelift during the renovation with new paint, vinyl, carpet, tile and drapes.
For the guestrooms, in addition to new paint, wall vinyl and drapes, Marriott paid special attention to the furnishings, introducing new sectional couches with pullout beds, as well as modern dining chairs and ergonomic desk chairs. New welcome lights, lamp shades and artwork were added.
The Gatehouse, which serves a complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, now features a new communal table, fireplace, lounge sofa, chairs, cocktail table and TV.
Both the business center and three meeting rooms were reimagined with new vinyl, paint, carpet, drapes and artwork.
