DALLAS—The Renaissance Dallas Hotel recently unveiled multimillion-dollar, modern event and meeting spaces that were certified LEED Standard Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

One of 16 family-owned properties within the JWM Family Enterprises portfolio of hotels, J.W. Marriott, Jr. and John W. Marriott III, along with executives of the Marriott and Renaissance brand, will host a night of discoveries unveiling “A New Standard of Style.”

The Renaissance Dallas’ new 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space includes a 16,000-sq.-ft. technologically advanced Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 1,500 guests. The Grand Ballroom space features modern decor, 24-ft. vaulted ceilings, skylight crystal chandeliers, a state-of-the art lighting and sound system with remote-controlled screens, and window shades allowing natural light during the day, according to the hotel. The event space also features linen-less rectangular tables seating 8-10.

The 10,000-sq.-ft. City View Terrace offers views of the Downtown Dallas skyline. Interior space include 6,000 sq. ft. of event space with floor-to-ceiling windows and 4,000 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace with a retractable canopy, ambient lighting and city views.
