Redevelopment Of Arizona Property Complete, Making Way For Heat Hotel

NORTH LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ—Renovations on the former Agave Inn here are now complete and have yielded the new Heat Hotel. Havasu Hotel Partners, LLC is the owner and developer of the hotel, which went through a $2-million renovation and expansion. Graham Downes Architecture provided the project’s architectural design services. Graham Downes Architecture’s principal, Graham Downes, and EatDrinkSleep President Brad Miller make up Havasu Hotel Partners. EatDrinkSleep is operating the hotel. The redesign centered on the themes of temperature.
