COLUMBUS, OH—Red Roof, in collaboration with Nobile Hoteis, opened its second international location in Vitoria, Brazil, last month.
The 80-room hotel offers free WiFi, complimentary continental breakfast and coffee and tea in the lobby. In addition, it has beach access, an on-premise 24-hour restaurant, fitness center, business center, 110-seat conference room, three meeting rooms, a bilingual staff (Portuguese and English) and free covered parking with weekly rates.
“With the opening of the Red Roof Vitoria, Red Roof continues to expand our presence globally,” said Phil Hugh, chief development officer, Red Roof. “These openings prove that nice people, nice prices, great service and incredible amenities translate all over the world. We are taking our U.S. standards and bringing them to travelers in targeted cities and countries.”
Red Roof opened its first international location in Curitiba, Brazil, in September 2015, in partnership with the Brazil-based Nobile Hoteis. Red Roof Franchising LLC is working with Nobile to develop 35-40 properties—new builds and conversions—across the country over the next 25 years.
