TUCSON, AZ—Red Lion Hotels Corp. signed a franchise agreement to convert a Quality Inn & Suites here to the Red Lion Inn & Suites.

The conversion of the hotel is expected to be completed in May.

The property has 155 rooms, 91 of which are suites, and 1,600 sq. ft. of meeting space. It is located near Tohono Chui Park and the University of Arizona.

“The property is located near the western edge of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson,” stated Ron  Burgett, EVP/lodging and brand development for Red Lion. “It is perfect for our guests visiting the area for business, sports and leisure travel.”
