Red Lion Hotels Sells Six Properties in Q3, Sees RevPAR Increase 5.5%

SPOKANE, WA— Red Lion Hotels Corp., which owns, manages, or franchises 66 hotels, sold six during Q3, a period in which it saw RevPAR growth systemwide of 5.5%, compared to the same quarter in 2004. In addition to the six property sales, Red Lion has agreements in place to sell three additional hotels. The company is selling these hotels, which it considers non-core assets, in order to finance a capital reinvestment program.
