ATLANTA Newly formed real estate development firm W.B. Johnson Development LLC is setting its sights on an inaugural undertaking that would involve the demolition rather than the construction of a lodging property.

According to co-founder and president Morris Ewing, Sr., the new company is looking at an initial undertaking in Naples, FL that would bring down one of the area s older hotels in order to make way for residential condos. Final word on the deal is expected within the next 30 days.

W.B. Johnson Development LLC is a joint venture formed between local real estate veteran Ewing and his organization Ewing Southeast Realty LLC and Ritz-Carlton hotel group founder/principal W.B. Bill Johnson. (1/31/01) Michael Billig
