Sebastian Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals
Radisson Hotel Group’s Radisson Individuals brand has made its debut in the Americas with the Sebastian Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, in St. Augustine, FL. The property offers 94 guestrooms and suites, an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. Other amenities include a lounge serving local craft beer and wine, meeting facilities, free WiFi, a Tesla charging station and dry-cleaning services.
Nearby attractions, accessible via the hotel’s shuttle service, include St. Augustine’s historic waterways, Marineland Dolphin Adventure and the Old Town Trolley Tour.
Graduate Roosevelt Island
Graduate Roosevelt Island will be opening this spring at the Cornell Tech Campus on Roosevelt Island, serving as the island’s first hotel and marking the brand’s debut in New York City. The 224-key, 18-story hotel offers views of Manhattan and Queens from its location on the East River.
Architecturally designed by Snohetta, with interior design from Graduate Hotels’ in-house team, the hotel includes an all-day restaurant, an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar and more than 3,000 sq. ft. of onsite flexible meeting space.
Hotel Nyack
Juniper Capital Partners has opened Hotel Nyack, previously The Time Nyack Hotel in New York’s Hudson Valley, as part of Hyatt’s Joie de Vivre lifestyle brand. Located in Hudson Valley’s Rockland County, Hotel Nyack provides views of the Hudson River and newly reconstructed Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge. Managed by Real Hospitality Group Inc., the 133-room hotel with loft-style accommodations is housed within the framework of a former four-story factory.
AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown
Auro Hotels has opened the AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown in the heart of Greenville, SC. The eight-story hotel offers 196 guestrooms and suites, nearly 29,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space and a private collection of art featuring more than 100 works by 35 local artists.
The property also features Paloma, a Mediterranean-inspired tapas bar. Six more F&B outlets are expected to open in April, including Juniper, a 16,000-sq.-ft. rooftop space.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Myers Airport
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Myers Airport, located near Southwest Florida International Airport, has opened. The hotel is owned by Shivam Soham LLC and managed by Hotel Equities.
The 101-room hotel has communal areas featuring an open, pod-style desk area and flexible seating including community tables with built-in wired and wireless charging stations. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, boardroom, fitness center and hot breakfast.
The property is near JetBlue Park and CenturyLink Sports Complex, the respective spring training facilities of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins.
