BALTIMORE— Radisson has completed a two-year, multimillion dollar renovation of the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys Baltimore.
The hotel’s renovation includes all 147 guestrooms, the lobby, business center, fitness center, restaurant and meeting space. The renovated guestrooms include new furniture, paint, wall décor, carpet and enhanced lighting. The guestrooms also feature a signature piece of local artwork.
The lobby received a new stone floor and carpet, modern furniture and contemporary accents. A marble topped workspace was installed within the lobby to create a new Business Center. Seating was added in the lobby lounge to provide additional space for guests.
The guest corridors received new carpet, lighting and large framed photography featuring the state of Maryland.
In addition, a completely new fitness center was added and offers free weights and seven Life Fitness Machines including a Life Fitness Bicycle and Life Fitness Universal Weight Machine.
The renovation included Scoozi Ristorante, which opened last December. The restaurant offers contemporary Italian cuisine and a menu on a tablet. The interactive menu allows guests to view images of menu items and offers wine pairings. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the stone hearth oven within the exposed kitchen, which allows guests the opportunity to view their food being prepared. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
The company is in the final stages of a brand-wide renovation, aimed at refreshing the 150-plus portfolio, which it plans to complete by 2015.
