ATLANTA— Radiant Systems reports that it has completed the deployment of its workforce management software in 175 Marriott International hotels. According to Radiant, Marriott managers will use Radiant Workforce Management to match associates shifts with forecasts of room occupancy and events. The program reportedly lets Marriott schedule resources more accurately to meet business demand, reducing costs and “optimizing customer service.” An activity-based scheduling program also assigns associates to various roles within each shift to further focus on customers.
