Raburn Named GM Of New Cleveland Marriott

CLEVELAND, OH— Industry veteran Todd Raburn has been named general manager of the new upscale, full-service, Cleveland Marriott East, slated to open here in September. The eight-story, 295-room hotel is sited on 10 acres in the corporate community of Chagrin Highlands, within the Cleveland East/Beachwood area. It will feature 14,800 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 7,500-square-foot ballroom— the largest hotel ballroom in the area; and also provide eight executive boardrooms, combined with state-of-the-art technology, including high-speed wireless Internet access. Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. will manage the hotel.
