PHOENIX—R.A. Rauch & Associates is planning to reflag the 284-room Metro Plaza Hotel in this city’s Northwest Valley business district as a full-service Radisson.
The hotel, which has closed for extensive renovations, will reopen in the fourth quarter of 2014. This marks the management company’s first hotel in Phoenix.
