ATLANTA–– Marriott International, Inc. has appointed Erica Qualls general manager of the 1,675-room Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Qualls is now responsible for managing the sales and profit performance of the hotel, which offers more than 120,000 square-feet of meeting and convention space. She will also oversee the $120 million renovation of the property. Qualls has been with Marriott International since 1993 and most recently served as director of human resources at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
