CLEARWATER, FL— NJR Resort Development, LLC has hired Provident Management Corp. as the asset manager and project consultant for the new Aqualea Resort & Residences/Hyatt Clearwater Beach Resort here. The Aqualea project, which will contain 250 condominium hotel units upon completion, will get under way this fall and will be located in the heart of Clearwater’s new Beach Walk. The resort will also include 18 residential units, a spa, retail space, a fitness center, a restaurant and a public parking facility. It will technically be operated as the Hyatt Clearwater Beach Resort.
