SCHAUMBURG, IL— Strategic Hotel Capital, Inc.’s disposition of the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg here has been finalized. The Procaccianti Group acquired the property for $23.9 million. TPG will keep the Marriott flag at the 398-room property. It will also now pursue a two-year $10-million renovation project at the asset. The hotel is located within the Woodfield Corporate Center.
