DALLAS—Prism Hotels and Resorts will manage the Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge Suites, a new dual-brand hotel opening in Goodyear, AZ.
Developed by San Ysidro Ventures, the property will be built on a 12-acre mixed-use site and consist of 197 total rooms—93 Holiday Inn Express and 104 Staybridge Suites rooms. Construction is slated to begin in late Q2 or early Q3 2017, and the hotel is slated to open fall 2018. In addition to managing the hotel upon completion, Prism has been retained as a strategic advisor during the project development phase.
Highlights include a two-story lobby space with a combined lobby/lounge and dining experience. The brands will share common public spaces, including a fitness center, business center, market/pantry, game room, guest laundry and approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. There will be an outdoor courtyard space with a pool, whirlpool spa, a children’s water feature and play area as well as outdoor dining spaces.
