FAIRFIELD, NJ- Prime Hospitality Corp. has signed an agreement with online hotel distribution network, WorldRes.com, to become a preferred supplier of hotel rooms for Internet consumers.
Under the one-year agreement, WorldRes will enable Internet consumers to gather information, view photos and book rooms from Primes AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites hotel chains. Room inventory from the companys Texas hotels will be loaded first, with all 200 hotels available by early 2001. (10/25/00)
