NEW YORK—PMZ Realty Capital LLC has arranged a $24-million dollar fixed loan for The Spartanburg Marriott in Spartanburg, SC.

The 240-room and seven-suite property has more than 30,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. This includes 27 event rooms, three boardrooms and a 11,340-sq.-ft. Heritage Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,500 guests.

“The fixed-rate loan allowed the borrower to consolidate their overall financing package into a single loan with a long maturity,” said Peter Berk, president of PMZ Realty Capital.
