LOS ANGELES—Cushman & Wakefield has been engaged by Plan Do See America Inc., the U.S. affiliate of a global hospitality company headquartered in Tokyo, to advise on acquiring or partnering with a premier hospitality management company to facilitate its aggressive growth strategy in the U.S.
Daniel MacDonnell and Eric Melendez-Lluch with the firm’s global hospitality group will assist Plan Do See as it seeks to grow both the breadth of services and U.S. penetration in additional tier one cities and other select leisure destinations.
Plan Do See is a diversified global company founded in 1993 with 2016 revenues exceeding $300 million and approximately 1,600 employees. With North American offices in Los Angeles and New York, the company currently provides management and other services to four hotels, nine event venues, and 15 restaurants in eight U.S. and additional foreign markets.
