DALLAS Pegasus Solutions today revealed that the Internet has significantly increased in popularity with travelers planning Labor Day weekend getaways this year. Pegasus also said that ADR for hotels booked on-line is up $9 to $119 over the same weekend in 1999.
The Travel Snapshot was prepared by Pegasus Business Intelligence, using Internet reservations data from all of the websites whose hotel reservations are Powered by Pegasus.
Pegasus Business Intelligence s travel snapshot indicates that Internet hotel bookings for the 2000 Labor Day weekend are up 130% over the same period last year. (8/22/00)
