GAINESVILLE, FL—Peachtree Hotel Group has acquired the 96-key TownePlace Suites Gainesville Northwest from Gainesville Investment Lodging, LLP, a subsidiary of 3H Group, Inc., for an undisclosed sum.
Located at 7451 West Newberry Road, the four-story, extended-stay hotel provides suites with fully equipped kitchens and high-speed Internet access. Amenities include a 24-hour workout facility, outdoor pool, meeting space, complimentary breakfast and pet-friendly policies.
Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC) brokered the transaction.
Peachtree Hotel Group’s current portfolio has 62 hotel assets representing 7,256 rooms, including 24 real estate assets and 38 notes.
