SALT LAKE CITY, UT— PCC, a developer of resort management software, has launched CondotelWare, software specifically for condo hotels that will debut at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit that runs from Jan. 18-20, in Los Angeles. CondotelWare reportedly is the first full-service system to manage the complexities of multiple ownership for condominium hotels. The Web-interfacing software is compatible with existing hotel reservations and management systems. It helps owners and developers master all aspects of running a condo hotel, including owner accounting, reservations, rental programs, inventory, and owner services. CondotelWare was installed in December at the Mayfair House Hotel, a 179-suite, AAA Four-Diamond resort in Miami, FL. During the next several months, more properties including Printers Row Hotel, Chicago, will join the growing list of CondotelWare users. The software is designed to improve condo hotel operations and profitability, with applications in owner accounting, property management, rental rotation and owner relations, and the accounting suite is geared toward helping property owners and operators master everything from fee allocations and revenue tracking to tax reporting and statements. The property management software handles rental rotation, owner reservations and inventory management. In addition, Owner Concierge tracks owner preferences, enabling staffs to provide more personalized service. The turnkey system may be customized.
