NEW YORK- The Park South Hotel, located in Manhattans emerging Rose Hill neighborhood, is set to open in January, according to Atlantic Stars Hospitality, owner and operator of the hotel. The 143-room hotel, which is housed in an historic building built inn 1907, will feature guestrooms and public spaces designed in a classic-contemporary motif clad with state-of-the-art amenities. Park South is situated between Park Avenue South and Lexington Avenue on 28th Street. Rates will range between $250 and $450 per night. (10/26/00)
