They are the SpringHill Suites in Tampa, FL, the Springhill Suites Houston Rosenberg, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston – Conroe, and the New Orleans Marriott Metairie in Metairie, LA.

127-room Springhill Suites Tampa North/I-75 Tampa Palms: Renovated in November 2017, this SpringHill Suites features 127 rooms. Each well-appointed room features a separate living area, 43″ flat screen HD TV, microwave/mini-fridge, comfortable beds with lush bedding, a large work desk and high-speed internet access. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a snack bar/deli. Free buffet breakfast is provided, as well as free WiFi in public areas, free self-parking, and a free manager’s reception. Other amenities include a 24-hour business center, coffee/tea in a common area, and dry cleaning.
118-room SpringHill Suites Houston – Rosenberg: Located just south of Sugarland and Houston, this SpringHill Suites is next to the Brazos Town Center, a large development project with shopping and dining lifestyles. Each room has a separate living area, 37-in. flat screen HD TV’s, microwave and mini fridge, beds with updated bedding, high-speed internet access, large work desk. 121-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston – Conroe: This Art Deco hotel is located in Conroe, TX, which is proximate to Conroe Outlet Mall and near Lake Conroe and Sam Houston National Forest. Each of its 121 air-conditioned rooms has a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, beds with updated bedding, high-speed internet access, a large work desk and complimentary WiFi. Other highlights include complimentary hot breakfast, 24-hour fitness center, business center, as well as an outdoor pool.
220-room New Orleans Marriott Metairie at Lakeway: This hotel offers guestrooms with free WiFi, updated bedding, and views of Lake Pontchartrain or the New Orleans skyline. There’s 10,564 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. The Bistreaux Restaurant features locally sourced ingredients and chef-crafted Southern specialties and the Market offers Starbucks coffee and specialty beverages along with light snacks and grab ‘n go breakfast and lunch items.
