ROSE HALL, JAMAICA— The Palmyra Resort and Spa, a luxury beachfront condo-hotel community here, has named Bozena Kaluza director of sales. Kaluza will lead The Palmyra’s growing team of in-house sales executives and will create and execute sales programs for prospective buyers worldwide. The property is located next to the Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall on 16 acres of waterfront land in Montego Bay. Kaluza previously served as director of sales for The Diplomat Oceanfront Residences in Hollywood, FL, where she generated $150 million in property sales, leading to the sellout of the 135 condominiums. She also served as DoS for Fortune House in Miami, where she generated sales for the 280-unit condo-hotel. Developed by the Resort Properties Group, The Palmyra Resort & Spa features island-style luxury living, access to three golf courses and ESPA, a 42,000-square-foot signature spa. The first phase of The Palmyra, which consists of 11 villas, two condo buildings with 100 units each, The Palmyra ESPA, infinity pool and beach, is scheduled to be completed by fall 2007.
