Pacifica Hotel Co. Invests $1.6M To Upgrade Coastal Hotels

SANTA BARBARA, CA— Pacifica Hotel Co. has been upgrading its California properties in key coastal cities from San Diego to the San Francisco Bay area, investing more than $1.6 million in the past year. PHC President Dale Marquis noted continued high occupancy rates, a strong balance sheet and gains in market share have enabled Pacifica to complete the ambitious renovation program. Properties renovated include: Blue Sea Lodge in San Diego, Carlyle Inn in Beverly Hills, Fireside Inn Cambria, Half Moon Bay Lodge, Hampton Inn & Suites in Santa Ana, Holiday Inn in San Luis Obispo, Inn at Venice Beach, Best Western Jamaica Bay Inn, and the Sandcastle Inn and the Spyglass in on Pismo Beach.
