LAS VEGAS—Pacifica Host Hotels has purchased The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa in Henderson, NV.

The Westin Lake Las Vegas is Pacifica Host Hotels’ fourth property in Nevada, in addition to the Courtyard by Marriott Henderson Green Valley, the Residence Inn Henderson Green Valley and the Hampton Inn & Suites Red Rock.

“We’re pleased and proud to add The Westin Lake Las Vegas into our portfolio of properties,” said Ash Israni, chairman and founder of Pacifica Companies. “We’ll continue to offer the leisure and business traveler all the conveniences, luxury and amenities of a Westin-branded resort.”

The 493-key Westin Lake Las Vegas is a destination resort, 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. It is known for golf with access to three courses, including the Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole Reflection Bay golf course. The hotel’s F&B options include Marssa Steak & Sushi, and the hotel also offers 100,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor meeting space, including gardens and lawns, terraces and poolside decks, lakeside beaches, ballrooms and executive boardrooms, accommodating groups from 10 to 2,100 guests.

“We’re going to reinvent the resort with a $15-million refresh,” said Linda Propoggio, director of sales and marketing of Pacifica Host Hotels. “Our guests get the benefit of our lake location featuring breathtaking views, complimentary kayaking, paddle boarding, beach swimming, and multi-pool access, complete with waterslide and kids’ zone.”
