STOCKTON, CA— Pacifica Cos. Inc. has purchased the 198-room Radisson Stockton here for an undisclosed price. The seller, which was also undisclosed, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The deal officially closed yesterday. The Radisson Stockton contains 16,000 sf of meeting space and oversized guestrooms.
