OYO Hotels & Homes has opened doors to 10 new hotels in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Mississippi, North Carolina and Texas. Continuing its U.S. recovery momentum, the company’s RevPAR reached more than 130% of pre-COVID levels in Q4 2020. Under the leadership of Kasra Moshkani, head of OYO U.S., the company aims to continue delivering quality living spaces with 300-plus hotel partners.

The newly launched hotels, as a part of the OYO family, will now run on OYO’s proprietary technology, which includes CO-OYO, the OYO OS and OYO app among other tech-based solutions. These tools are powered by benchmark industry data, analytics, revenue tools and a dynamic pricing engine. This suite of products and technologies are designed to deliver higher occupancy and revenue for partners.

“We are delighted to expand OYO’s footprint in the U.S. by adding 10 hotels in key markets,” Moshkani said. “I’m so proud to welcome new partners to the OYO family. The past few months have been unbelievably tough for the global hospitality industry, but we are now witnessing positive trends in the leisure and budget space. A recent traveler survey commissioned by AHLA suggested that 56% of Americans are likely to travel for leisure in 2021. OYO, along with our partners, stands ready to host new guests. OYO’s technology will boost the performance of our partners’ hotels through increased occupancy and revenue. We are deeply committed to continuing the momentum of OYO’s recovery in the U.S. while contributing to the hospitality industry at large.”

All of the new OYO hotels will also benefit from its “Scrubbed Clean” program, which ensures all of its hotels in the U.S. comply with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines related to health and safety for everyone involved. Its updated operation protocols include physical distancing, a minimal-touch check-in and checkout experience and the highest quality stringent housekeeping services.
