PHILADELPHIA—Sabena Arora has joined Optimum Hotel Brokerage as SVP.
Arora has 20 years of hospitality real estate experience. Prior to joining Optimum Hotel Brokerage, she spent six years with Highgate Holdings, specializing in acquisitions and investment analysis. During that time, she was responsible for evaluating more than $50 billion in national and international hotel investments and transacting hotels totaling more than 12,000 rooms.
In her new role, she will be responsible for expanding Optimum’s expertise and services from the company’s newly opened Jersey City, NJ, offices. The appointment was announced earlier this week by Joe McCann, Optimum’s president.
