NATIONAL REPORT—Opportunities to pick up a variety of hotels across the country continue apace. Here are four to know about.
NKF Offers CI&S in Savannah
Newmark Knight Frank has posted a call for offers on the fee-simple interest of the 62-key Country Inn & Suites Savannah Midtown in Georgia.
Located at 7576 White Bluff Rd., the property is within one mile of Hunter Army Airfield, one mile from Oglethorpe Mall and within five miles of the city’s historic downtown. Tybee Island is approximately 20 miles away.
The hotel’s suites include a kitchenette and dining area, and property amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and business center.
Twofer Ready to Go in Washington
In the Pacific Northwest, the 59-key Quality Inn in Centralia, WA, is ready for sale via Amber Hotel Co. The two-story, interior-corridor property is located directly off Interstate 5.
The hotel is listed at $4.75 million and, according to Amber, had an NOI of $300,000 in 2017.
The sale includes the adjacent Centralia Inn, a two-story, 24-key, exterior-corridor property. Both properties were renovated in 2016, according to the broker.
Pair of El Paso Properties on the Block
NewGen Advisory has a pair of properties for sale in El Paso, TX. First, it’s offering the fee-simple interest in the 132-room Best Western Plus El Paso Airport & Conference Center. Acquisition of the asset includes a leased-out restaurant, karaoke bar and dance club (Teddy’s Nightclub and Restaurant).
Located at 6655 Gateway Blvd. West, the hotel was remodeled in 2014 and included a remodeled bar and lobby area, and redesigned pool and courtyard.
Then, nearby at 6645 Gateway Blvd. West, NewGen Advisory is offering for sale the fee-simple interest in the 101-room Comfort Inn & Suites next to the El Paso airport. It also was renovated in 2014 and is listed at $10 million.
