HOUSTON— The Omni Houston Hotel has launched Noé Houston, the sister restaurant to the Noé at the Omni Los Angeles. The new dining venue was created by Robert Gadsby, who serves as “concept chef” at the restaurant. Gadsby, who is known for blending world cuisines, especially French and Japanese, will continue to oversee the original Noé in Los Angeles in addition to serving in his new role at the Noé Houston. In other news, the 378-room Omni Houston has appointed Master Chef Gaspar Stantic to the position of executive chef. Stantic oversees Café on the Green and the hotel’s catering department. He has previously held positions at the Peninsula Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong; the Hilton International, Kuwait; and the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Dallas.
