REDWOOD CITY, CA—Ohana Real Estate Investors, LLC plans to break ground in December on Montage Los Cabos, an oceanfront resort in Los Cabos, Mexico expected to open in the winter 2017-2018 season. The project will sit on Santa Maria Bay in the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, adjacent to the private residential community Maravilla Los Cabos. Montage Los Cabos and Maravilla Los Cabos reside within a 1,400-acre master-planned community being developed by Ohana.

Montage Los Cabos will feature 122 guestrooms; a full-service spa; the main pool; and multiple dining options, as well as 52 whole ownership residences. The two- and three-bedroom residences will offer ocean views, private terraces with fire pits, outdoor showers and access to a centrally located private residential pool.
