The property is designed for business travelers or consumers in need of convenient and deluxe transient living. Each unit features high-speed Internet, a plasma television, a Bose home theater system, a steam shower, a private balcony, wood and marble furnishings, a writing desk, modern steel appliances and a choice of a light or dark color scheme. Studios or three-bedroom units are available. The property also offers a fitness center with a jogging track, a business center, a 24-hour reception area and concierge, wireless Internet access, outdoor Japanese style gardens, a lounge and bar area and regular maid service. The property is Oakwood’s first in Japan and is part of a larger development that includes the Tokyo Midtown Medical Center, offices, residences, the Suntory art museum, shops and restaurants.
