LOS ANGELES Oakwood Worldwide has signed a management agreement for the firm s newest Oakwood Premier five-star serviced apartment, located in Teheranno, the technology corridor of Seoul, Korea.
Oakwood has reached an agreement with Korea s Hanmoo Convention Company to manage a 279-unit serviced-residence development known in the U.S. as extended-stay in the Kangnam business complex. The residence will be named Oakwood Premier Coex Center. The property is now under construction and is scheduled to open in fall 2001. (11/19/00)
