Noble Investment, Walton St. Buy Georgia Homewood Suites

ALPHARETTA, GA—Noble Investment Group, in a joint venture with Walton Street Capital, has completed acquisition of the 112-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Alpharetta from Winston Hotels, Inc. It is the company’s fifth acquisition thus far this year. Located just off the Georgia 400 at Exit 8 and Mansell Road at 10775 Davis Drive, the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, the 100-store North Point Mall and the Cooler, a state-of-the-art ice skating facility. Additionally, the property is surrounded by numerous business offices and corporate headquarters. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool; meeting facilities that accommodate up to 60 persons; guest-laundry facilities; onsite cardio exercise room; complimentary use of nearby Gold’s Gym; business center and wireless high-speed Internet access. Each suite has a kitchen, separate living and sleeping quarters and two televisions.
