WINSTON-SALEM, NC— The former Adam’s Mark hotel here has been converted into a 146-room Embassy Suites hotel, which is connected to the city’s M.C. Benton Convention Center. Noble Investment Group owns and manages the nine-story asset, which features shuttle service, an indoor pool, a whirlpool, an executive business center, a fitness center and about 47,000 sf of meeting space. Furthermore, a Starbucks Coffee, a Curtis Van Aveda Salon and Day Spa and the Grille Restaurant are scheduled to open at the property within the next two months. The hotel represents a continuing trend for Embassy Suites in that it is sited adjacent a convention center. There are now 30 Embassy Suites in the U.S. that are convention center-driven.
