ATLANTA—Noble Investment Group has revealed plans to develop a dual-branded Marriott in midtown here, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The roughly 300-room hotel would blend Marriott’s AC Hotels brand along with its Moxy flag. Project architect Bob Neal of Cooper Carry presented plans earlier this week to Midtown’s Development Review Committee. The project will be built on 14th St., between the Four Seasons Atlanta and Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown hotels.

Noble is currently under construction on another AC Hotel by Marriott at Phipps Plaza mall, which will be the brand’s first location in the Atlanta market.
