CHAPEL HILL, NC—Noble Investment Group has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill here.
Located adjacent the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Health Care, the property will undergo a number of enhancements, according to Noble.

The hotel features 169 guestrooms and suites; an indoor pool and spa; business center and fitness center; complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access; free self-parking; an outdoor fire pit; Starbucks; media pods with cable television; a boarding pass station; an interactive Go Board for news, sports and local information; and more than 1,800 sq. ft. of meeting space.
