METAIRIE, LA—The former Wyndham Metairie Hotel here has been converted into and renamed the Sheraton Metairie-New Orleans. Noble Investment Group owns the property and is finishing up a multi-million-dollar renovation project at the asset. As part of the renovation project, the 182-room hotel’s exterior was enhanced and a sundries alcove, business center and Sheraton Club lounge were added. The seven-story hotel is located halfway between downtown New Orleans and the New Orleans International Airport. It features a 152-space garage, 3,500 sf of meeting space, the Hedges Bar and Grill, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
