JERSEY CITY, NJ A 187-room Courtyard by Marriott held its grand opening on November 21, in the 600-acre Newport master-planned community on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River.
The property is the first Marriott product here, as well as the first hotel for the waterfront development built by the Queens, NY-based Lefrak Organization, which owns the property. The Courtyard represents Lefrak s foray into the lodging arena. It will be managed by Marriott International.
