NGH Expands Portfolio With Somerset Hills Acquisition

WARREN, NJ— New Generation Hospitality has completed its acquisition of the Somerset Hills Hotel here in Warren and the Inn at Somerset Hills in Basking Ridge, NJ. Renovations are planned for the hotels, according to NGH CEO Sujal Mehta. He noted the company plans to brand the Inn at Somerset Hills as a Hotel Indigo, a new boutique concept initiated by IHG. The Inn has 112 guestrooms, 2,500 square feet of meeting space and the Dead River Pub. The Somerset Hills Hotel contains 111 guestrooms, 7,000 square feet of meeting space and the Tap Room Restaurant and Bar. NGH also recently acquired the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Suites Allentown Jetport in Allentown, PA. Allentown Pa. at the Lehigh Valley Airport.
